Let’s say ten years from now you looked back on these past few months. Would you be able to tell 1 week from the next or would they all look the same?
How do you feel about your life? Are you happy, content with how things are going, or would a little flavor spice things up for the better?
Let’s break out of groundhog mode and experience some zest for life again!
I promise this week will be the best you’ve had in months if you follow these 7 steps for the next 7 days.
Before we begin, promise yourself that if you green-light this project, you won’t give up on it and you won’t settle for anything less than 100%.
A transformation takes commitment and a determined mindset. I promise I won’t be asking anything impossible from you and nothing out of your comfort zone.
Ready? Let’s do it.
Day1
Write out why you’re grateful for your life. List off at least 10 reasons why it’s pretty badass being you and living your life. This is no time for humility, be open and be honest.
Look over what you scripted out every night for the next 7 nights and let that gratitude wash over you as you consider your fortune.
Also; drink at least 7 glasses of water, sleep at least 7 hours, and do some kind of physical activity for at least 7 minutes. Repeat every day.
Day 2
Write this down on a post-it note and place it on your nightstand or set a reminder on your phone so that you see it first thing in the morning:
“Hey sexy, find 10 new experiences that make you feel grateful today.”
At the end of the day, recap the ten experiences by writing them down like this:
“I’m grateful (blank) happened because it made me feel (blank).”
Do this every night after pouring over your list from Day 1.
Day 3
Script out what your perfect life would look like 6 months from now. Be specific; where do you live, what kind of lifestyle do you have, relationships, income, adventure, travel, routine, hobbies?
Read this over after you’ve completed your daily gratitude recap from Day 2.
Then just before bed, close your eyes and visualize yourself actually living this life. Do it in the first person and embody the emotions such as gratitude, joy, happiness, and love which would accompany living such a life.
Allow those emotions to flow through you as if you were experiencing this life in the NOW. Let yourself drift off to sleep:) Repeat every night.

Day 4
Before you rocket into all the stuff you have to do for the day, think about that dream life in 6 months and ask yourself this question:
“What can I do today to invest in making my dream life a reality?”
Then whatever comes to your heart or mind, lean into it and DO THAT THING. Even if it’s a google search, do it and then keep asking/doing each new day.
Day 5
Invest in a new self-care practice.
Read that book, try a new yoga pose, meditate, fast, freeze your ass off in a cold shower, give up sugar, sugar. Spend some time on your new hobby every day.
Day 6
Be kind to someone for no reason. Pay a stranger a compliment, tell your babe they’re sexy and that butt don’t lie, donate to a charity, call them and say hi – you know who I’m talking about. Repeat once per week.
Day 7
Celebrate yourself & your week of Abundance! Look back and ask yourself this:
“How do I feel compared to 1 week ago?”
Notice the motivation, notice the excitement for a new challenge, notice the vigor and youth flowing through your body, notice the empowerment of change, notice the shift in your perspective of life & be grateful for your power.
Continue the momentum and imagine what kind of person you’ll be months from now if you commit to this new lifestyle.
Oh yeah, you just incorporated:
New habits => New routine => New lifestyle => Transformation.
Here’s a sneak peak at what your transformation may entail:
“Joe saved me. He helped me transform my life from an old, unhealthy, unhappy, miserable broke man that couldn’t afford to buy a cup of coffee to a vibrant, young, happy, healthy, fit looking rooster with over $1m in assets and $83k in cash in the bank. I am so grateful and indebted to him, so so grateful that his teachings came to me and I plugged in, thank you so much, Joe. Just thinking about the transition makes me so emotional, thank you again, I’m so grateful and so blessed.” A.M.
